Our Team
Kylie Dorr
Kylie leads Southern Reproductive and represents IMV Technologies in New Zealand. Based in West Otago (Heriot/Crookston), she has 14 years’ AI experience and trained/worked in the United States for eight years. A mum of two, she’s also a competitive endurance dirt-bike racer who has represented New Zealand internationally.
Chloe Goble
Chloe is an advanced AI technician and mum of three who co-owns a large agricultural contracting business with her partner Erik. A genuine cow enthusiast with her own small herd, she leads our AI Training Facility and quality control. After advanced training in Australia, she’ll offer embryo implant services from 2026.
Annie Perkins
Annie combines on-farm AI work with sheep and beef farming alongside her husband in Clydevale. Known for her practical approach and careful stock handling, she brings a steady, farmer-first mindset to each job and supports clients across the Waipahi area during the busiest parts of the breeding season.
Charmaine Blair
Charmaine manages one of our largest runs and set a 2025 season high of 511 inseminations in a single day. Recently moved to Te Anau, she’s semi-retired while her daughter manages the family dairy farm. AI runs in the family: husband Kevin is a respected CRV technician; her daughter is a junior tech.
Lauren Badcock
Lauren is a trained AI technician and sharemilker for Nithdale Genetics, balancing two children under five with a high-performing run from Kiawera to Brydone. She leads on-farm AI work with calm efficiency, and farmers value her organisation, clear communication, and consistent results across challenging schedules and conditions.
